Legal Information

CHEMICON is a registered trademark of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany

Physical form

Ascites fluid. Liquid. Contains no preservative.

Specificity

Cyclin A. Cyclin A protein is absent in cells prior to S-phase, during which its levels increase and peak. MAB3680 is extremely sensitive for immunoblotting of Cyclin A. Cyclin A is involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and is essential for progression through S phase. Cyclin A is a marker for actively proliferating cells and for cells in S phase.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
